How to Remove a Virtual Copy from Adobe Lightroom

Just a quick tip how to delete virtual copies from adobe lightroom.

There are various options. A popular one might be to go to the grid view  in the main library and in the filter function choose „attribute and then filter your virtual copies and delte the one you don’t want to keep, or all of them  – hit command + a and then delete.

 

 

If you try to delete a virtual copy in a collection you might find that is quite hard to find a simple way to delte them. But if you know the short cut than it is super simple to delete the virtual copies on every location in lightroom  – as long as you are in library or development mode.

Just select the virtual copy you want to delete and than hit shift + option + command and delete.
